In order to ensure that your visits to our office are as efficient as possible, we have introduced the option of completing your new patient paperwork in advance for your convenience. After scheduling your new patient visit with us, you will receive a text message from Edwards Family Dental containing a link to the paperwork, which can be easily completed digitally.
No insurance no problem, we have options!
What do I need for my first visit?
If you have any questions about your insurance or coverage prior to your appointment, feel free to give our front desk a call. We can give you a better idea about what your insurance will cover.
If you have any conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves, or anything else that may be affected by dental medications or surgery, please let us know right away. The more we understand about your dental needs, the better and more equipt we will be to treat you.
